Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Whatever feels most important to you right now - whether that's clarifying your core values, setting clear goals, building sustainable habits, starting a creative project, navigating work or relationship changes, or anything else. 

    Across 3-5 sessions, we might focus on one specific area or multiple topics over time.

    Before your first session, you'll receive a Coaching Intentions Guide with questions and ideas to help you arrive clear and ready.

  • It really depends what you're working on and what rhythm feels helpful for you.

    Jumpstart (3 sessions) works well if you want to choose clear next steps, build some initial momentum, and see if our coaching is a good fit for you.

    Momentum (5 sessions) gives us more space to work across different life areas, go a bit deeper on some topics, build more consistency over time, and really keep the momentum going.

    There's no pressure to commit long-term - we take it one session or package at a time.

  • You choose! Most people meet either:

    • Weekly - for more momentum and support (great when you're working through something specific or want consistent accountability)

    • Fortnightly - for more space to integrate and practise between sessions (great when you want breathing room to try things out)

    Some people start weekly, and then switch to fortnightly once they’ve found a flow or monthly for regular accountability check-ins. This is your process, and we make it work for you.

    With the Jumpstart package (3 sessions), weekly gives you 2 weeks of focused momentum and fortnightly covers 4 weeks with more integration time.

    With Momentum (5 sessions), weekly gives you 4 weeks of accountability and fortnightly covers approximately two months.

  • Each 60-minute session follows a clear structure:

    • Opening: We check in on what's been happening since we last spoke, celebrate your progress and insights, and get curious about any challenges that came up.

    • Session Intention: We get crystal clear on what specific outcome you want to leave this session with and how we can achieve that together.

    • Exploration: We follow your wisdom and I ask curious questions along the way. We might map out your core values, core goals, details of a habit or routine you want to build, how you want to navigate a specific situation, different options you're weighing up - or anything else that helps you move forward with clarity.

    • Action Planning & Integration: We land on clear, concrete next steps - simple things you can actually do in the next week or two. You decide what you want to commit to and when you’ll do it.

    Through all of this, you're the expert on you. 

    Everything is invitational - I'm here to reflect, focus, ask curious questions, and hold you accountable to what you want to create.

  • You might leave a coaching call with:

    • A clear next step, practice or routine to try out

    • A clear decision

    • A list of priorities, values, pros and cons, or different options

    • A motivating symbol or phrase to return to

    • A shift to a higher number (e.g. 5 to 8) for a desired feeling about a situation

    • A plan for a conversation you want to have

    • Clarity on your feelings, values and next steps around a particular situation

  • That's totally normal - you don't need to have it all figured out before we begin. That's why we start every session with a clear intention.

    On our first call, we'll explore what feels most pressing to focus on, and go from there. Often people come with lots of ideas that feel overwhelming when they’re trying to figure it out alone, and then their intuition points them to very clear next steps through our explorations. 

    Before your first session, you'll receive a Coaching Intentions Guide with questions and ideas to help you arrive clear and ready.

  • Yes! Single sessions (£60) are great if you want to:

    • Work through one specific challenge

    • Get a tune-up when you need support

    • Try coaching to see if it's right for you

    That said, coaching really shines when you have a few sessions to build momentum and see multiple shifts.

  • Absolutely! A number of people that I talk to identify as neurodiverse or are exploring whether ADHD explains some of their patterns (lots of ideas, can't choose where to start, momentum that collapses).

    I'm not an ADHD specialist or diagnostician, but my coaching approach - clear outcomes, gentle structure, one thing at a time, warm accountability - tends to be supportive for people with ADHD patterns.

  • This is not the best fit for you if:

    ⊝ You're looking for trauma processing or deep emotional healing

    ⊝ You want someone to give you the answers or do the work for you

    ⊝ You want a highly structured program with step-by-step plans

    ⊝ You're not ready to actually take action between sessions

    My approach is trauma-sensitive and rooted in cultivating trust and safety, but coaching is not therapy and I am not a psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, physician or licensed health care provider. I do not provide medical or psychological advice, opinions, treatments or diagnosis.

    Coaching works excellently alongside therapy - many people work with both at the same time. If you need help finding a therapist, I'm happy to share directories and resources.

  • Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We work with where you are now and where you want to go - not processing past trauma or healing deep wounds (that's therapy territory).

    There's absolutely space for your emotions - we explore how you feel around your current challenges and how you can meet yourself with compassion, AND we're focused on forward momentum and changing patterns through action, not deep processing.

    I'm here to help you choose clear next steps, build momentum, and stay accountable to what you want to create.

    Coaching can work excellently alongside therapy. Many people work with both at the same time - therapy for processing, coaching for action and accountability. If you need help finding the right therapist for you, I'm happy to share directories and tips.

  • If we both feel like it's a good fit and you're ready to move forward:

    • I send you a booking link - you choose your call dates/times and pay through the secure booking system

    • You receive the Coaching Agreement - outlines how we work together, confidentiality, cancellation policy, etc.

    • You receive the Coaching Intentions Guide - questions to help you prepare for your first session

    • We meet for Session 1 - and away we go!
