I know what it's like to understand yourself deeply - to have done the therapy, read the books, shared in the circles, had multiple peak experiences - and still struggle when it comes to daily life. I’m talking consistent routines, following through with sparks of inspiration, putting what I’d learned about myself into practice and making different choices.

Hey there, I’m Franny!

I used to be the queen of wanting to do all the things.

Ambitious plans that felt great when I devised them but overwhelmed me before I even started, or fell at the first hurdle. So many ideas I didn’t know where to begin, and a sense of what would move the needle but somehow...not doing it consistently.

I've spent a fair amount of time in that gap between all those ideas and regular forward momentum, and I'm now deep in my own integration era.

So how do you close the gap?

Along the way, I've learned that what really makes the difference isn't more insight.

It's keeping it simple.
It’s choosing one clear step at a time.
It’s trusting your intuition.

It’s having someone on your team who helps you stay focused on your intentions, expand beyond your current stories and patterns, and actually do the things.
